Mechanic

You’d be responsible for:Performing mechanical repairs to ensure proper performance and safety of company vehicles.  Work on projects as assigned, follow established procedures. This position will complete a wide range of vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with basic truck and vehicle maintenance and repair
• Perform a broad range of mechanical tasks from minor tune-ups, brake replacements, brake systems etc.
• Perform work on Diesel engines
• Perform diagnosis of fuel systems to include fuel injections, computerized components etc.
• Large truck and machine repair
• Responsible for filing report of work accomplished
• Small engine repairs
• Responsible for ongoing scheduling inspection of all safety systems and analyze each vehicle for need of potential repairs
• Follow work instructions as assigned by supervisor
• Mount and computer balance tires
• Mandatory overtime required, as needed during winter months
