Here’s what you’d do:

• Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, the Project Manager, ESG is responsible for supporting the management of the company’s ESG efforts. This position supports the VP of IR, who is leading the ESG Committee, in overseeing delivery of project activity associated with environmental, social and governance efforts. Partnering closely with the ESG Committee and cross functional leaders, the Project Manager blends both knowledge of ESG, data collections and best practice with a clear understanding of project management discipline

You’d be responsible for:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to manage the company’s ESG metrics and data tracking and support ESG projects and communications
  • Manage data collection process of company’s ESG metrics and serve as a point of contact for ESG metrics and reporting
  • Track emerging ESG regulations and collaborate with ESG Committee on development of strategies to address them across the business
  • Contribute to development of annual ESG report, web, and social content 
  • Monitor ESG disclosure standards and interpret market/regulatory requirements 
  • Engage and manage third-party relationships that conduct ESG ratings and rankings 
  • Collaborate with leaders of functional groups to educate on ESG opportunities and influence change to current policies and process or create new ones as needed 
  • Maintain inventory of publicly reported ESG metrics and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create ESG content development 
  • Lead project calls, assign work, and manage project to timeline and outcomes
  • Create project related process documents

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • BA or BS, preferably in Statistics, Sciences, or other ESG-related discipline
  • 5+ year of relevant experience, with a focus on data collection and reporting
  • Have in-depth knowledge in Project Management, and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with ESG standards and reporting frameworks, including SASB and TCFD
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop content knowledge 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to work cross functionally to engage, track and advise on a broad set of ESG topics with related important metrics and results
  • Strong project management and solutions-orientation, highly organized and results-oriented working style
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision
  • Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Typically resolve problems thinking “outside of the box”
