We’re currently seeking a Treasury Analyst.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for performing financial analysis on Treasury, Risk Management and Real Estate related activities 
  • Track interest, bank fees and, interest and commodity hedge performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare cash flow reports and projections, perform variance analysis and make recommendations for improved performance and accuracy thereof
  • Routine communication with all levels of the organization relating to Treasury, Risk Management and Real Estate performance and initiatives
  • Identify trends in financial and operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare financial and operational presentations for Rating Agencies, Lenders, Insurance and Surety providers
  • Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries
  • Maintain relationship with Banking and Insurance providers
  • Other Cash Management related activities as needed
  • Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance

Skills we’re seeking:

  • Finance, Accounting, Business or related Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of P&L and / or Balance Sheet analysis experience
  • Experience in a matrix organization
  • Proficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software
  • Precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to influence and persuade
