BrightView Announces Launch of its Initial Public Offering
BrightView Holdings, Inc. (“BrightView”) announced the launch of its initial public offering of 21,300,000 shares of its common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $22 and $25 per share. BrightView expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,195,000 shares of its common stock.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, BrightView Install Gardens as Place to Learn, Reflect, and Heal
Students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School were working on an outdoor learning space and after the tragedy of Feb. 14, BrightView offered its services to help improve the area. The students, faculty, and BrightView worked together to finish the garden and installed a reflective and tranquility garden as a place to learn and heal, featuring 17 granite stones for the lives lost in the tragedy.

BrightView-Maintained Oracle Campuses Honored for Efficient Water Use, Savings
Two Oracle campuses, both located in California, were awarded for efficient water use by the Silicon Valley Water Conservation Awards Coalition. Working with BrightView, Oracle was able to save more than $500,000 and 91 million gallons of potable water in just one year.
