Project Description:

Take a walk through the heart of Boston and you’re likely to stumble upon an unexpected patch of green space amongst the high rises. These “pocket parks” comprise the Rose Kennedy Greenway-- 15 acres of gardens, lawns and plazas perched atop an interstate. Eight hundred trees and 25,000 shrubs helped transform the interstate dividing downtown Boston and the waterfront. BrightView is proud to have had a hand in transforming the city, and its commitment to the Greenway continues. In addition to building three of the four parks, BrightView has been entrusted with irrigation, new walkways and site enhancements.
