Landscape Development:
BrightView’s landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation efforts included the planting of over 600 native and ornamental trees, 6,000 shrubs, 60,000 perennials and groundcover during a fast-tracked timeline to meet the hotel’s grand opening. The property’s dense pine forest was cleared in some parts and then re-planted in a reforestation effort. A creative irrigation matrix kept material nourished while the perimeter areas were planted. Responsibilities also included the construction of a pool deck, concrete and stonework, custom planters and terraced beds. The integration of skill, flexibility and teamwork is self-evident in the beauty of the end result.
