Within the first three weeks of March, four nor'easters pummeled the Northeast, dropping record amounts of snowfall in many cities, strong winds knocking out power to millions, and icy floods to coastal areas.

BrightView was the recipient of two maintenance awards from the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association for its work at Province, an active adult community in Maricopa, Ariz. BrightView received an Award of Excellence and the Best Maintenance Practices Award.

BrightView Golf Maintenance has entered into a long-term maintenance partnership with the award-winning The Golf Club at Cuscowilla in Eatonton, Ga.

Two Oracle campuses, both located in California, were awarded for efficient water use by the Silicon Valley Water Conservation Awards Coalition. Working with BrightView, Oracle was able to save more than $500,000 and 91 million gallons of potable water in just one year.

The FCA US headquarters in Michigan won the Grand Award for Turf Maintenance by the National Association of Landscape Professionals - an award that can only be won once every 10 years in each category. BrightView maintains the 147-acre campus.

Colonial Williamsburg, the world's largest living history museum, is now having its 300+ acres of landscaping maintained and cared for by BrightView. More than two dozen of the in-house landscapers have joined the company to continue working at the historic attraction.

BrightView partnered with a 55-and-over community to design and install a memorial park for veterans and first responders in Zephyrhills, Fla. Community residents can purchase and dedicate bricks along the walkway.

Joined by volunteers from IREM, BrightView designed a 22,000-square-foot garden featuring trails and different ecosystems in California. The Boy Scouts of America will use the area to teach members about careers in horticulture and landscaping.

BrightView volunteers designed and installed a sensory and healing garden for the children and families at the Denver Children's Home. The new space gives children an interactive and relaxing space next to an outdoor classroom.

BrightView converted turf areas to xeriscape in the Canyon Trails community in Arizona, helping to save the HOA 60 percent of its water.
