Less than a block from neighborhood favorite, Mary Bartelme Park and two blocks walk from trendy strip "Restaurant Row" this apartment development is a coveted home to all Chicagoans. BrightView brightened up this mixed-use apartment development with landscape plantings while also providing soils, metal edging, irrigation, and granite paver. Flowers and trees dot the outside of the rooftop pool and lawn creating an outside sanctuary for residents to relax in the Midwest heat. The trees on the outside of the building will provide a sanctuary of shade and a touch of greenery to pedestrians walking where Madison Street meets Monroe.
