Project Description:

The Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai is consistently ranked one of the top resorts in the country. When the Japanese tsunami devastated much of the resort's beachfront in 2011, BrightView undertook a $40 million restoration and redesign.

Design and Development:

Central to the effort was the replacement of the adult swimming pool which was designed, demolished, and built in five weeks. Other renovations included the Beach Tree Restaurant, which offers guests picture-perfect sunsets and expansive ocean views, and the Spa which was transformed into a tropical garden oasis with four new treatment hales.

Inspiring Designs. Exceptional Execution.

For all projects, feel confident that our talented design team and collaborative process will bring solutions and ideas that are grounded in construction and maintenance realities.
