Project Description:

The Long Beach Promenade turned downtown Long Beach, California into a destination reflective of the city’s vibrant culture. The six block mixed-use space leads to the Long Beach Convention Center. Along the way, it features residential developments, retail, office space, and restaurants, plus green space and art. The north end of the Promenade is home to Harvey Milk Promenade Park, which is the country’s first park ever named for an LGBT leader.
